How soon will my order be delivered?
Products marked "Instant delivery" are delivered as soon as your payment goes through: your key appears on the order details page and is also emailed to you. Orders handled by our team are usually completed as quickly as possible during business hours, and we'll email you once they're done.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our site.
Where can I find the keys I bought?
Log in and go to "My orders", then open the order to view and copy your key. The delivery email also includes everything you need.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods can't be returned once delivered. If a key doesn't work or a manually handled order can't be completed, contact support; once we've verified the issue, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
